i have site http://www.twxdroid.com/ which viewed perfectly on desktop browser but appears slightly irregularly on mobile firefox

Sites that do not provide a mobile view of the site are subject to font inflation. Which attempts to make interesting parts of desktop websites more accessible. It is not perfect. Near the end of the article there is a description of what is classified as a mobile website.
For your instance of Firefox you can
- press the menu button
- select settings
- select display
- select text size
- press the small a several times till the text is at it's smallest setting
- press set
- restart Firefox or reload the page
