I have reinstalled Firefox on Android. Is it possible to restore bookmarks using FireFox Sync? All data on the phone was cleared...

You'd need to set up your Firefox account again on the phone. Note, this must be an existing Firefox account, which has all your bookmarks stored already. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-up-firefox-sync
