I wish to take my Thunderbird Contacts list and put it into Excel. How is this done ?

I wish to use the list, adding personal ratings and league information. Separately from Thunderbird/Email per se.
This is not a "how to fix" question...........just.................how can I use my contacts list.

Open address book select Tools-Export
name the file Select comma separated file type Select where to save the file Click Save
Open the file in Excel
