Firefox causes Windows 7 Device Manager to constantly refresh/reset
When I execute Firefox, my Windows 7 Device Manager begins to constantly reset/refresh.
This happens about every 10 seconds.
Even when I have disabled all extensions and add-ons and I have removed and reinstalled Firefox, the behavior still happens.
The behavior disappears if I (i) terminate Firefox, (ii) run Explorer or (iii) run Chrome.
Any thoughts?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
Yes.... After starting in Safemode, and then executing Firefox, the problem still persists after browsing to a safe site.
Have you tried the computer in safe mode?
Are there any error messages?
Yes. I have tried the PC in Safe Mode.
Where would I read the error messages?
The error message(s) should be displayed in plain site.
Please try this:
- 1 Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systems {web link}
- 2 Uninstall Firefox from your computer {web link}
DO NOT remove your profiles. - 3 After, reboot the computer. Then run the full installer.
