all of a sudden i cant open my optimum email using firefox,i can on IE but Not Firefox and no one wants to use IE,Help ????
ive never had this problem before the latest update.i go to my optimum email acct and it just wont open,i get a message that says there are no new messages but i know that isnt true as if i go there using IE it shows how many are there and opens,but i dont want to use IE someone please help i have tried everything i reset firefox that didnt work i uninstalled then reinstalled that didnt work :(

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Click the menu button
, choose History, and then Clear Recent History....
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the Clear now button.
