I can no longer log into my school's student portal (myutk.utk.edu). The problem is specific to Firefox. I have done lots of troubleshooting, including clearing ALL history, cookies, caches, etc. I have also looking at my SSL connection, appears to be no problem. I even uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it. Pop-ups are allowed for the site b/c the log in comes up as a drop down window. The site used to work just fine, I can't pinpoint when it stopped working or whether it was after a firefox update. However, I can log in just fine using Safari.

When you go to the site, what does / does not happen?

Do you have any blocking programs?

With the last Firefox upgrade, some plugins are no longer enabled until you enable it.

Open the Add-ons Manager. Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools Linux; Edit Mac; application name

Then Add-ons.

Hot key; <Control> (Mac: <Command>) <Shift> A)

On the left side of the page, select Plugins.

BTW; At the top right is a link to check your plugins.

The Menus mentioned above for to find the Addons Manager for Mac OSX and Linux is incorrect as it is Tools->Addons on Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.

It is only the Options/Preferences that is found in the different Menu places depending on OS.

Sorry about that.
