I installed it on a new computer and my password would not work for linking, now I can't log in on any of my devices and reset email does not get sent?????

I have a new computer. I have installed beta. I run beta on 2 other computers a tablet and my phone. It instructed me that I needed to unlink other devices and start over. My credentials will not work and a reset email is not being sent. I would like to get my devices logged in and linked again. If it isn't possible I will reluctantly move back to Explorer. Mozilla has been so easy to use until now???? Very frustrating.

Hi bizebill, Thank you for your question. I understand that you would like to sync all of your devices. Please make sure that all of the devices are updated at least to version 29. If you were on a version before this, you will have to set up a new email and password with the new sync.

Hi bizebill, Thank you for your question. I understand that you would like to sync all of your devices. Please make sure that all of the devices are updated at least to version 29. If you were on a version before this, you will have to set up a new email and password with the new sync.
