There is a webite where I cant use checkout to make a purchase
There is a certain website I cannot checkout from. I can add items to my cart, ass codes, but every time I go to check out it does nothing. Actually it has a circle spinning saying connecting although I am connected and stay connected, I just can't check out. I don't have any problems except for this one website, its frustrating because I can't call the and place my order, so I can't order. Nobody has offered any solution and says they have never seen this. I have contacted my internet company and my security company (Norton). This problem has been going on for some time, in fact I even changed my browser to Firefox. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it? Its so frustrating. THanks

How long have you this error? You've done the resetting of Firefox? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
Yes, I have tried everything. I even contacted Norton, which nothing they did helped, this is when I changed browser. Its so frustrating! Its like something isn't letting it connect but only when you go to the check out page...
This has been going on for 3 or 4 weeks now. I have tried about 10 times, for days I wouldn't try, then I would try again same thing. I haven't come across one other website it happens with, and my daughter tried from her cell phone in the house and it works fine, but not from the laptop. I'm on a laptop which shouldn't make a difference I even contacted Comcast, boy that wasn't any help. Any idea?
Make sure that Flash or other player is working.
Doesn't that website have any type of help or support for their website?
Not sure what type of help you think that we can provide for a problem with an unidentified website that didn't work for you before you even started using Firefox.
Does it work in a Private Browsing mode window?
You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extension (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.
- Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
