email problems are scrolling freezes and turns black, deleting causes screen to permanently freeze and have to refresh over and over again. forever to do mail
When im in my emails i try scrolling and screen freezes and turns black and most of the time never reconfigures. I have to refresh over and over again and it will finally come back up. then when i try to delete emails it freezes saying deleting and never deletes and have to refresh and start allll over. it takes me hours of extra time to just organize my emails and go through them and delete. its been doing this for a very long time and I cant take it anymore. it makes me not want to go into my emails ever. please help me stop this problem and fix it asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
