This is a community support forum forum (as mentioned above) for these products https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new and not some form of direct chat or ticket system so you should not post your email and phone#'s in public.

The Fireshot extension is not a Mozilla product as it is a third-party extension hosted at addons.mozilla.org as most of the extensions listed there are.
