6/21/26 This morning I could not open my FireFox browser, unless i created a Profile. I was forced to use the Profiles Wizard to create a Profiles; when i finished all my Bookmarks had disappeared. Which was a great shock, had lots of Bookmarks in Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, & Other Bookmarks, I need to get those Bookmarks back !! >>More info: I had Hibernated my Dell 15 laptop overnight. This morning when I turned on the laptop, I got the above message that I had to create a Profile, which I did, which made all my bookmarks to DISAPPEAR !! I need them back!

Firefox ver 152.01 64 bit on win 11 recently very slow to load tabs, and if on you tube very slow to show pictures of the video's, also in Task manager with two tabs open shows 1,154 MB and in the App's section show 14 Firefox open. If I use Edge they open very fast, and & have now stopped using Firefox for this reason. I have been using Firefox for many years without any problems but now not really usable any more, unless this can be fixed. John

Hello. I have my e-mail and password saved for Royal Caribbean. When i open up Royal Caribbean site and then go to put e-mail in and password in it will put the password in but not my e-mail address. I have to do it manually every time. All my other e-mails and saved password with anything else works just fine but not with RC. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing will work. Thank You.

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. Screenshot Impossible to take. Thanks

Firefox keeps suddenly crashing, I have reset Firefox, deleted it and reinstalled it, I have used DISM and SFC to repair any issues and I have set up a new profile within Firefox with no extensions, but still I have the same issue, either tabs suddenly crash or the whole Firefox does.

I run the current version of Firefox (152.01) under Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 15-3530 laptop. More and more frequently, I'm getting "Access Denied" messages when I click on a site link t56o an internal page. This happens on several sites, most notably Dell.com. I get the error in Troubleshooting Mode, and clearing the cache doesn't help. I've searched the information here, but all the responses seem to involve Windows 7 or Windows 8, not Windows 11. Can someone tell me how to resolve this situation in Windows 11?

Those instructions don't work and I'm sick of spending so much time on this problem these days.

Now thinking it happens after an update, which is a problem because they seem to come just days apart. None of the solutions offered works because right-clicking on the top doesn't do anything. Nor does going into the settings in the app on my laptop or online. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox more than once in the recent past. I've also shut down my laptop and rebooted. Nothing works. It's extremely annoying not to be able to access the features that I use *all the time*! day. I'm using a laptop with updated Windows 11.

I would like to be able to edit, mostly add, symbols/phrases similar to search engines for tab/history/bookmark search.

My use is mostly the tab search, where % is the default symbol and @tabs is the longer version. I want to use otherthings, like tabs: or just the : for this purpose.+

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. I would like two lists widgets running - for example; a shopping list and a to do list. I would like to see both on the page. Is there a way to do this now, or will there be one in the future, please?

Hello, I've got a problem with my account after something log me off the account for no reason then I put in new password and boom nothing my all passwords are gone please these passwords are really important for me, I need them back and I will be thankful if I could get any advice how to get them back because I had something around 100 of them now I got one only one please help me out im freaking out.

I have several saved cards in 152.0.1 (64-bit). When on a payment site the drop-down list shows up as expected, so the extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries is correct and working (GB). Also address filling still works, as does saved passwords,

However if I try to "Manage payment methods" the resulting list in "about:preferences#managePayments" is blank. (see image)

I have tried toggling on and off "save & autofill" and restarting, but nothing helps.

Adding a new card works, and the new card appears in the drop-down list on a payment form, but still nothing appears to edit or remove in the settings. How an I edit this list?

PS: I have disabled ALL extensions.

Tabs will crash over and over again. I can barely look at any given page for longer than a minute or two. What happened?? Firefox was never like this before. It just crashed in the middle of me typing this LMAO. Using Brave in the meantime. This is ridiculous.
