Ring history videos no longer download
Just recently I cannot download and watch the history videos from Ring. It used to work on Firefox and it still works on Microsoft Edge. What changed?

Do you see any error messages in the Web Console (Ctrl+Shift+K)?
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
I get the following messages in Web Console:
Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: l[n.transportId] is undefined
NextJS 46
WebRTC: ICE failed, see about:webrtc for more details
You can visit about:webrtc in the address bar for more details of the error.
Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.
I refreshed my profile- did not fix the problem.
