Open Customize as window, not tab

For decades, when I right-clicked and selected Customize, Firefox opened a separate icons window. Now, it opens as a tab. How can I make it open again as a window? Thank you.

You can open a new window and open the customize page in this window.

Thank you both. I still prefer the old way, but no one at Mozilla asked for my opinion. Such is life. :)
