the first image is what I get with 61. The 2nd is screen shot of 61 about. Third is 62 about. and 4th is the screenshot of what internal message comes up with 62 when I try to use it. Nextiva support told me to switch to Chrome.

Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:

SO what are you doing back at version 61.02 as that was working and 62 is not so can not help when your on the version that works and not on the version that does not.

It didn't solve my problem. When Firefox updates to 62 I get the internal server error message. So I have to go back to 61.02 using a backup
