Can't log in to Directv.com with firefox, but can with IE.
Every time I try to log into directv.com it gives me the error message "The User ID and password combination you entered doesn’t match our records." When I use IE it logs in just fine. I've tried clearing the cache and cookies with no luck.

Try reentering the information manually, and saving it again. Is the problem still there?

Are you using any password add-ons or programs?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
