I can not access my account under my original ID name: Password reset does not work. I have cookies open, checked CAPS - all ok but it does not recognize any password I use, even though I have reset it several time: number and mix of upper and lower case letter. I ahd to open account with my second email address to send this message. Will now exit and see if I can reenter with the new ID/password

What account do you mean?

Is this about Sync and the Firefox account or otherwise?
