On my Sony laptop running Windows 7, I recently installed Firefox. It is connected to an HP Photosmart C5180 printer. No problem printing any documents except attempting to print my bank statement. It shows that it is ready to print i.e. has copied the information, but the printer spits out blank pages.

I'm going to guess these bank statements are PDF files. There are two things you can do:

Wait until Friday, and update to Firefox 29.0.1 which fixes this issue Update Firefox to the latest release. I recommend this if you can wait two days to print these statements

If you can't wait, View and edit PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer can help you change your PDF viewer to one that can print.
