I seem to have just updated to 24. I lost ability to view my bookmarks in a pinned sidebar. Is this gone??

The new version is just so different. 24.0. Where is my sidebar window? Also, if I do a full screen, how do I change it back?

You can activate full screen mode by pressing F11. To restore the bookmark toolbar go next a tab->right click with mouse->select bookmark toolbar

I found that but it puts them across the top. I wanted it back as a sidebar. I tried dragging--did not help
