Why can't I connect to the web?
I can get on facebook, but any other website does not work. The message that comes up is server not found. I have spoke to my wireless company already, and it still won't connect. Thanks, Heidi

try help -> restart with add-ons disabled.

hello, normally such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions: Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox
