why my Firefox browser doesn't change its background image when i change theme or personas

When changing theme or personas, I only able to get the top menu, tab bar and the bottom menu to change into the theme/personas' image but no the background image. I have try to change many theme and personas and still useless.

My background still remain white no matter how much time i change it. Any help?

That is how a persona works. It only affects the toolbar area's and not the browser window.
