My auto-detect of city I live in changes constantly. I reset it, with no avail. Why?

On my home page, I have my city I live in, so I can see the temperature. I set it with the correct information, but the next time I turn it on, I get a different city. This also occurs when I look up something, it list items located near my city; which is also wrong and I have to reset. I am getting tired of resetting my information.

Two things can possibly going on.

1. That information might be stored in a cookie on your PC; clear your cookies and that info is gone.

2. Your IP Address. What does this page say where you are?
