When using the mozilla.com search bar and type in an address I get a page with numerous site options. If I click on one and get to that site, I cannot go back to the search results.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons (McAfee Site Advisor) is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
