Firefox 3.6.4 will not show the download this video option for realplayer. I've tried the suggestions for the 3.5 problems. None work.

Recently updated Firefox to 3.6.4. Now the realplayer "download this video" button does not appear. I have looked at and used the information at http://real.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7303 and it didn't solve the problem.

I have this same issue. I have the latest Realplayer, I have been following all of the troubleshooting guidelines, and I've got the latest Firefox, but I still cannot download video from the web.

I have this same issue. I have the latest Realplayer, I have been following all of the troubleshooting guidelines, and I've got the latest Firefox, but I still cannot download video from the web.
