Mouse wheel scrolling jumps back + left-click on menu items doesn't work on ozon.ru and dzen.ru

Firefox 156.0, Windows 11.

On dzen.ru/news mouse wheel scrolling jumps back up. On ozon.ru left-click on account menu items does nothing (middle-click and right-click → open in new tab work fine). Worked normally ~1 month ago. Clean profile doesn't help. Hardware acceleration is enabled (WebRender Layer Compositor).
