Unless you really need it, I suggest unsubscribing from Allmail folder. It virtually doubles disk usage, doubles cpu resource usage, and doubles network transmission, all because Allmail is a duplicate of your other folders. Unsubscribing does wonders. it's like no longer carrying a heavy bag when you go for a walk.
