On the not working link, note if that is a link to a page on the same site or an external site.

Check if it only happens when you are linking to a page on the same site, not a third party one ...

Thanks for reply amoun. The link is in an email from a trusted supplier. I have tried (as previously with the page itself) to upload the saved email but it will not upload.
