i have tried anew profile got a the newest version and it still does not help i guess the people doing the updates have no idea how to fix the issue or care none of you can really help all the idea you have had i have tried and still i get the same Firerfox running but not responding' guess you will force me to go to chrome instead which does not do this nor does Edge so you can not tell me it is not a firebox issue because neither Chrome or hedge with by the way all the same desktop icons i have had for years work

ok now you are not Thunderbird but i think it is still through Mozilla now i know it is a Mozilla problem because now it just updated in Thunderbird and i am getting it is running but not responding Now are you going to tell me change my email and start over with t his as well and my Thunderbird is with Comcast . so now tell me it has nothing to do with Mozilla it says meadow what is that is it Mozilla
