Press Ctrl + Shift + O (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + O (Mac) to open the Library. Then Click Import and Backup: Click the Import and Backup button (represented by an icon with two arrows or a star) at the top of the Library window.Select Export: Click Export Bookmarks to HTML... from the dropdown menu.
