Search results became chinese

So when I did a search in Firefox Android via Google I noticed that the search results were in chinese. I checked on my other browsers (Opera and Chrome) and their search results are still in English. Yes, I am using WARP by 1.1.1.1 but if that's the cause then the other broswers should have been in chinese too. I tried doing clear cache then clear storage but it was still in chinese when I did my first search in that resetted Firefox. Might be relevant information: I had uBlock Origin installed when I first experienced it and after I did the clear cache and storage thing.

Okay, so now Opera and Chrome are also serving chinese search results but only when in private/incognito mode. I'll try to disable WARP by 1.1.1.1 and try to reproduce this. I cannot do a screenshot because the browsers are in incognito/private mode. My region is the Philippines.

Ohhkay, so WARP by 1.1.1.1 IS the problem. Opera and Chrome stopped giving search results in chinese after I turned it off.

Ohhkay, WARP by 1.1.1.1 IS the problem. Opera and Chrome stopped giving chinese search results once I turned it off. Is it normal for WARP/1.1.1.1 to do that? Again, my region is the Philippines.
