Every time I start the software the server connection is reset and no new emails are coming in. What should I do?

Every time I start the software the server connection is reset and no new emails are coming in. What should I do?

This happened today (8/13/25) after Windows 10 did an update. Prior to that, everything was fine.
I've tried clearing the thunderbird cache to no effect. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled thunderbird. Still doesn't work.
