Thunderbird Thread
I just pressed Enter and the whole topic disappeared. Why? Why do you do this? This is my whole subject: Why do you do your things automatically, when I try to do manually? You have a great EMAiL-software: Thunderbird. Why do you want to screw it and the user? Computer usage should be reliable. I have lost so many EMAiLs since you broke the EMAiL paths logic with threads. Why? Why did you want to make it complicated? I had a good filing system with Thurnerbird for years. Why did you have to break it? Why didn't you even make it optional, but mandatory?
How can I get the old EMAiL-filing back without the Thread-Paths? Please help!
I didn't ask this immediately, but during the years, I have lost so many important EMAiLs (again today), that now I ask.

Dear Sirs Thank You so Very Much for big help David and Rick(Scooter). Two months ago I asked and you helped me. One month ago the problem was solved. And now Thunderbird and me work ok. Problem solved. Sorry to be this late. Very Grateful - The simple way is to highlight desired folder, select view>sort by and tick 'Unthreaded' Correct. Perfect answer. Simple for you - now for me too. - Why do you believe that the presentation of messages in threads has caused you to lose messages? Because one uppdate changed my normal usage of Thunderbird, and confused me completely. When the user is confused, anything can happen and even get destroyed. Maybe I tried to organize those files, but accidentally deleted something. - This is my first time here at support and I try to disturb as seldom as possible, but I want to show my appreciation and gratefulnes to this service. Two months ago I was quite angry to the uppdate. Next time I don't write this much. Thank you so very much both. Enjoy your summer. Pirkka, Finland
