I recently discovered a problem with an addon I wanted to report. The product page only has an email support link, which opens up MIcrosoft Mail. I prefer not to use it.

Is there any other way to get the developers email address?

Thanks, I didn't realize that a mouse hover would reveal the email address thru the status bar. Ka ìdáhùn ni ìṣètò kíkà 👍 0

They should list a contact email or hover over their contact link to see if there is a contact. Otherwise you should use the Firefox addon page to contact the developer by posting there your problem as well.

You can try to ask for help with an Extension here also. Most of the Extensions hosted at AMO are made by a third-party author(s) or company and not every one has the time to be doing support by email. Some of the more active longer running extensions may have a support forum or a ongoing support thread at https://forums.mozillazine.org even.
