What is the error you receive? Do you have more than one outgoing server (SMTP) configured. I often see folk with the same one configured more than once having issues because the one they are using is not the one they are modifying.

You need to provide the full email address as user name for the SMTP server.

Looking at the screenshot you posted, it doesn't look like the full email address.
