Increase touch target on "X" tab close button?

Is there a way to increase the touch target (the "tappable area") of the "X" button that closes a tab?

When closing multiple tabs in a row, it's really hard to press with accuracy, and I often find myself tapping into the tab "square" itself and opening/switching to that tab by mistake.

Try to use "slide to right".

That definitely helps as a workaround. The swiping & subsequent UI update is a little glitchy afterwards, but at least it avoids opening the tab by mistake
