How do I move my Tabs Bar to the position below my Bookmarks Bar instead of above the URL Bar?

Hi

I do not believe this is possible at present, but might be something that we consider for inclusion in a future update

I sincerely hope Mozilla does implement such a feature in the future as it is one that I as well as others Firefox users would welcome.
