Why can't I send my TB profile folder to compressed zip folder?

I've been sending my TB folder to a compressed zip folder for a long time; then storing in my external hard drive for back up. Now, all of a sudden, it won't let me do it. I just did it the other night. But now when it gets just about at the end I get this window that says Compressed (zipped) Folders Error File not found or no read permission.

I took a screenshot but it doesn't seem to be uploading. It says it is and looks like it is, but nothing is happening.

I do know that I have to have TB closed, and was sure I had. I"ve been having this problem on and off. But for today, I made sure TB was closed and it worked so maybe I had it open without realizing.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
