When I close down my computer, firefox wall always turns off. I am having to turn it on every time I turn on my computer.

So closing down your computer means what ? Putting it to sleep or are you actually turning it off. If turning it off then Firefox is turned off also. Please provide more detail if this is not the case, Thank You.
Firefox does not have a firewall.
