Does Thunderbird send Test Messages? I have received an email in a window headed "Test Message - Mozilla Thunderbird" with the following text: "Dear User, This is a message testing the configuration of account xxx@btinternet.com'. It was generated at '13/02/2018 09:02:06 AM' and can be safely removed." Anyone know what or who triggered this and why? Can I assume the test passed? Thanks

no idea. the account configuration wizard does not send text messages, so I have no idea.
