I am not fully understanding the issue. What permissions ? When is this happening? What is bluemountain and where on the website does this not grant you permissions. What permissions is it seeking ? Are you getting any pop-up notifications ? Is this push related ?

Could this be a Firewall issue ? Could this be a Anti-virus issue ?
