Right click options (Open, SaveAs, Detach, Delete) are not available for individual attachments in Inbox message view. These functions were available in this view in previous releases. The only option available in Inbox view is SaveAll. If message is opened in its own window, right click options are fully available. Using Thunderbird 45.8.0.
