All other websites load fine, but if I want to go to the firefox support page, the Microsoft support page or anything that includes troubleshooting or tech support of any kind, it immediately closes out with no message. If I have other tabs open they do not close, just the tab that I tried to get on a support site with. This feels like a virus or something weird, I discovered it trying to get on the Logitech customer support page. This has been going on for months now, I had to use internet explorer to get to this site and post my question today.

Any advice would be great.

This is a very strange issue indeed. I think that the only explanation is some sort of infection on your Firefox.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
