Trying to run Firefox in Safe-mode in an attempt to resolve the black screen on load error (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1025738) however when the Safe Mode prompt loads I get the attached screenshot. Keyboard and mouse interaction appears to have no effect. I am on Windows 7 and trying to run safe mode via holding Shift on load.

Not sure what version as I can't get into Firefox to confirm. I have also just attempted to un/reinstall to no effect.

An indeterminate amount of reinstalling and rebooting seems to have fixed it.
