I uploaded my renewal subscription to Kaspersky and now whenever I try to launch Mozilla I get the message " Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded." I uninstalled Mozilla twice, and reinstalled, but the message is still the same. I've restarted my computer each time to prod it along - still no go. HELP! I love my Firefox!

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

Open the settings on Kaspersky and have it ignore Firefox.
