I am running (or rather trying to run) TB 31.3.0 on my new Win 8.1 computer. Every time I try to delete a message TB crashes. Antivirus is AVG Free 2015. I'm really new to Win 8.1 so need someone to talk me through any modifications to software and/or operating system.

How do I stop the crashing please?
