What keyboard app do you have installed on your device?

You may want to open the Android settings app (typically a cogwheel icon), find Applications and clear the cache (not data) from your keyboard app.

Tried that but it just keeps happening. GBoard and SwiftKey are being used at the moment, I've tried others. It seems to be a combination of cache and "on the fly" features of keyboard and Firefox that run in the background.
