- Fai un backup del profilo -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/profili-thunderbird#w_effettuare-una-copia-di-sicurezza-del-profilo
- Poi vai qui -> https://www.thunderbird.net/it/thunderbird/all/ e scarica il programma di installazione completo per il tuo sistema operativo
- Installa Thunderbird con questo pacchetto sovrascrivendo la versione corrente.
