Cursor disappear in Thunderbird 91.9.1 during writting an email (after add an attachment file)
Hello,
First of all thank you very much for the fantastic work you're doing in Mozilla and for the GNU free software ;)
Since the Thunderbird update (allowing to choose if the attachment will be placed in the email body or not) the cursor disappear when I use an attachment file.
The only way to get around this issue I found, is to save my mail as a draft, then open it again, so the cursor reappears (but it's a waste of time).
Could you please report this issue to the developers?
PS. I use a french keyboard (and the spell checker) and I did not made any change in Thunderbird after this upgrade.
Best regards, Oly

Hello there oly. We have read your message. We try to help you.
It look likes your cursor is gone. Oké it s more like a system configuration of your computer pc. What kind of pc are you using?
If you are using a Mac at the moment. You can shake your mouse in combination of your device.
Go to apple menu)system preference)accessibility)display)pointer and enable)”shake mouse pointer to locate. Also if you use your mouse or track finger across the trackpad rapidly it s having the function to.
If you re using a wireless mouse change the batteries.
Are you using Win 10 on a window computer.
Try to use these special buttons to get your mouse pointer back to the desktop.
to make your disappearing cursor back to visible in Windows 10: Fn + F3/ Fn + F5/ Fn + F9/ Fn + F11.
If non of these options will work. Try to restart your system into safe modus for Thunderbird. See if this issue will disappear. It could be software that you are using with Thunderbird together.

Hello "Googlethunderbird",
Thank you for your feedback and sorry for my late reply (I was taken by family concerns).
I'm not using Mac neither Windows, I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (GNU / Linux) and I'm almost sure that it is not a system configuration issue, because I have got two PC on Ubuntu 18.04, the first one in my office, the second in a country house (with exactly the same configuration, except the last updates that I didn't have time to do).
I test today the second one, on which I did not update Thunderbird (so without the change made to allowing to choose if the attachment will be placed in the email body or not) and my cursor still be there after placing an attachment file.
I'm sure that this problem occurs after the update of Thunderbird concerning the attachment file new "double" options interface (surrounded by dotted line) of Thunderbird into mail (hope you're can see which update I am talking about).
Thank you for your help, I hope you can forward this information to the developers.
Best regard, Oly
