My AWS SES Max Send Rate is 20 emails/second and thundersbird is sending 1 email in more than 6 seconds. Further there is no attachment in the email and moreover email size is less than 50 KB. Screenshot attached.

There is no security program scanning outgoing mail.

I tried sending in Safe mode with networking but it didn't work either. :(

Any other ideas of how we can resolve this issue?
