I am trying to download a certificate. Following the instructions, I am to go back to the firefox browser window, select Tools then select Options. Next, I am to select Advanced tab, then select the Encryption sub-heading.

I can not find the Advanced tab.

The Options/Preferences pages has been regrouped and most items are now under the "General" tab and others under "Privacy & Security".

Look under the "Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security" tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
