
why am i not receiving return messages as new in my inbox?
when I recceive a response to an email I have previously sent when the reply comes it is attached to my original email and not in my 'new' emails. Therefore I am missing critical emails as this is a business account. Not all responses do this just certain ones? Is there a settings in contacts?

Not to my knowledge. Any filters doing things? Can it be threads?
HOW DO I SEE IF THERE ARE FILTERS FOR A SPECIFIC EMAIL ADDRESS?
You would probably have written them yourself, so its probably not that. But if you want to look at (or write) filters its under Tools / Message filters
Problem solved I had sorted by threaded. Thanks for your help!
